Friends, I can’t even contain my excitement to share this Red Barn Farm Wedding styled shoot! As my first time planning a styled shoot (and pregnant with baby on the way!) I decided to focus on a local wedding spotlight. I love showcasing the talent in the wedding industry of my hometown, Northfield, Minnesota! (Seriously, what talent!)

Red Barn Farm Wedding Bridal Suite

I just love the clean whites in Red Barn Farm’s getting ready suite! The gentle colors of the bouquet simply popped and felt so editorial. I am so thrilled with how these vendors took one vision into physical reality. Weddings are such an art form– a living one! An experience that couples, family, and guests move through – it gets me excited to keep creating. What other kind of art can you wear, hold, smell, and enjoy so thoroughly?

Natural Tones

The late summer’s grasses inspired my color tones for this shoot – with subtle tints and textures mingling inside the warmth of spring. I love how Therese of Forget-Me-Not styled the bouquet to reflect this. I also love how adding a silky ribbon to a wedding bouquet adds so much. The movement magnified by the dress and the ribbon keep me smiling. The wedding suite crafted by Kori of Lily Roe & Co. still has me captivated!
