Redeemed Farm Scandia Wedding | Amelia & Mike

Sep 17, 2024

Weddings

Oh how excited I’ve been to share this Redeemed Farm Scandia Wedding! Amelia’s vision came to life in blues, whites, greens and golden flair with help from Renee at Pine Lane Weddings. So many happy tears came time and again – because this was truly a day of hope, a beautiful debut of Mr. & Mrs. Goette!

Of Blue Toile and Garden Vineyard Vibes

The lush grounds of Redeemed Farm offered the perfect backdrop for Amelia’s garden wedding dream. The Stable provided a beautiful white barn indoor ceremony space, which allowed the blue toile and cheery florals to shine. The floral textures and gorgeous cascade bouquet designed by Jamie of Pristine Floral were to die for! Amelia’s bridesmaids wore multiple different colored and textured dresses all around the theme of blues and whites. Their portraits taken on the vineyard lawn harkened back to Amelia & Mike’s engagement session which we photographed at Belle Amé Vineyard.

I absolutely loved styling with the blue hydrangeas, ranunculus, and blue delphinium! Somehow Amelia sourced all the perfect items down to the smallest golden details of the reception tables. Smilax, a locally sourced green vine, draped across the ceiling of the reception space and the dining area into a delightful verdant and cozy gathering. Birch bark candles and vases tied together the green elements with the blues and whites. Ceramic floor vases framed Amelia & Mike at the head table as floral meadows graced every table. What a delightful candlelit dinner held in the reception room – made even more delicious by the amazing dishes crafted by Crave!

Not to be outdone by any cake, Amelia and Mike selected a delightful vintage cake design with a hidden surprise – it was a burn cake! Beneath the calendar date of their day, the edible paper curled away to reveal a message. Scroll to see!

Letter to the Couple

Amelia & Mike,

I cannot thank you enough for the ways you demonstrate unconditional love to each other. Hearing your vows offered a glimpse into that depth, but what is more is the joy you hold as you look into each other’s eyes. Ever since we hit it off at your engagement session I have been looking forward to your wedding day. Mike, thank you for serving our country. I honor your endurance through every trial. I especially loved seeing the delight you took in giving Amelia the wedding of her dreams! Amelia, your planning & tireless organization were so evident – your guests truly felt the beauty and the calm in the order you set to the day! What a STUNNING celebration!

All my best for your marriage – may you ever delight in seeking to lift each other up, through every season of your souls. It is an honor to be your photographer!

Joyfully,

Jennifer

About the Venue

Redeemed Farm offers multiple spaces for the moments of wedding day. Amelia & Mike used the white barn Stable as their ceremony space, which offers a comfortable indoor (and wind free!) location for the ceremony which seats up to 175 guests. I love the clean white walls, high ceilings, and elegant chandeliers! Guests transitioned to the Dinner Reception Room to dine in a cozy environment featuring hundred year old timbers, harvest tables and a beautifully crafted wooden bar. The Stable was then used again as the dancing and evening space.
