Blue Redeemed Farm Wedding | Eleanor & Abe

Jun 25, 2026

Weddings

If the sun shining the entire day is a metaphor for this marriage, oh what a joy! Eleanor and Abe’s wedding was a vintage vision on the grounds of Redeemed Farm. A palette of blues ranging from soft baby blue to deep navy, woven together with whites and hints of garden green, gave the day a fresh and joyful elegance that felt entirely like them. Faith and gratitude ran like a thread through every moment. The guests felt it — in the flowers, in the vows, in the tears, and in a dance floor that never emptied.

Vintage Inspired Blue Blooms at Redeemed Farm

The details of Eleanor and Abe’s day were vintage inspired and blue! Thoughtful invitation suites designed by A Milestone Paper Co. featured blue envelopes, vintage stamps, and a floral oval design. It was so much fun to style this suite and Eleanor’s details. I love how Eleanor’s “something blue” were her cute vintage-inspired shoes! Coordinator Kellie of Rustic Elegance Weddings kept the day running seamlessly, in her kind and thoughtful way. I’ll never forget when she brought out the signature drinks to Eleanor & Abe – the happiness in their faces mingled with the sunlight scintillating off the glass. Just a joy!

The Historic Barn Loft was filled with the close loved ones. As they ascended the barn steps, they passed large vases styled by Studio B Floral and took their seats. The wooden architecture of the Loft was everything Eleanor and Abe had dreamed of for their day: a rustic charm.

Eleanor wowed in a classic A-line Maggie Sottero gown featuring a long satin train, fold over neckline detail and a cathedral veil. Oh what a beauty this veil was! Finished with an intricate hem, the length was simply show-stopping and added a beautiful texture to her bridal look. At her wrist, a cherished family heirloom bracelet — a quiet nod to the love and legacy that surrounded her all day long. Her bridesmaids carried the palette beautifully in their blue gowns. This bridal party… I truly cannot describe them any better than songbirds! They filled the bridal suite with laughter, spontaneous songs, and a oh so many well-earned happy tears before the ceremony had even begun. I love the way Eleanor threw out her hand playfully to say “stop!” to keep the tears from coming as she descended and her friends saw her for the first time!

Copious Happy Tears & An Ignited Dance Floor

If there is one thing to be said about Eleanor and Abe’s reception, it is this: no one stood on the sidelines. The evening began with a raucous cheering at the couple’s entrance. Eleanor, in her warm and sweet way, could barely make it through the welcome speech without tears breaking in. It was clear to all that she treasured the relationship with every single person in the room. Her expression of gratitude for the many hearts that had shaped them to grow in faith, virtue, and treasuring the good was moving. To say we all struggled not to lose it is an understatement.

These two were all-in on the dance floor together in the White Stable, and they reeled friend after friend and family member right along with them — until the room became just one big, beautiful party.

Letter to the Couple

Eleanor and Abe, what a gift it is to be a witness to a love like yours. From the first moments, it was clear that you are people who live with full hearts — the kind that make everyone around you feel seen, celebrated, and part of true goodness. Eleanor, I will never forget watching you try to hold it together through your welcome speech because you love your family so fiercely. And Abe, watching you on the dance floor, going all out for the vibe of each song — it showcased perfectly how your zest for life makes everyone smile.

The sun shone on you all day, and it felt like a blessing. May your marriage be just that — warm, bright, and a delight to everyone near you. You are treasures to all who know you, and I am so honored to have been alongside you celebrating.

With Love,

Jennifer

A Word on Redeemed Farm

Redeemed Farm is a stunning event venue nestled in Scandia, Minnesota, just north of the Twin Cities — and I’ll be honest, it is my absolute favorite venue to photograph. The property features a remarkable combination of architecture, landscaping, and natural beauty: crisp white buildings set against lush green spaces, cobblestone paths that bring an old-world warmth underfoot, and seasonal florals that bring a breath of fresh life to every corner of the grounds. The team’s service is truly unparalleled, and the owners truly cherish this place as their own. Couples can choose from three ceremony sites: the Historic Barn Loft, the White Stable or the Vineyard Lawn. If you are dreaming of a venue that photographs beautifully in every season, and in every kind of weather, Redeemed Farm is it.
