This Redeemed Farm Wedding absolutely blew me away! This day was an absolute honor because Hannah’s family is simply amazing–I am so thankful to you, Hannah & Jacob, for having your wedding in Minnesota though you are west coast folk! These two highlighted the brightness of fall with brilliantly colorful florals and a rich mauve for bridesmaids dresses. Such living color! Surprisingly, after the wedding Hannah shared that she and Jacob had not considered themselves that focused on the design – and I was shocked! Every element of the day was simply stunning. From the floral arch and installation by Pristine Floral to the cake by Deco Catering and the custom invitation suite, I was absolutely in a photographer’s paradise.
A Glad Company
Undeniably my favorite moment from Hannah & Jacob’s Redeemed Farm wedding has to be Anna’s speech (the Maid of Honor!) Addressing the evening-lit dinner reception room filled with greenery and pops of fall blooms, Anna warned Hannah of the story she would tell. The smile that broke over Hannah’s face as she took a sip of her drink perfectly captured the simple delight of the beginning of their romance.
Anna retold of the first time she heard about Jacob, and the now infamous admission Hannah gave about Jacob, a good-lookin’ drum line fella. You know it’s a good speech when the bride laughs so hard she rests her head on the table. This also embodies something I admire about Hannah and Jacob: they seem to be easily fully themselves in each other’s presence, taking part in the other’s joys without putting on a false enjoyment. I’ll never forget the laughter and bond evident in that moment.
A Stunning Redeemed Farm Wedding
It has been a personal dream of mine as a photographer to have the opportunity to shoot at Redeemed Farm – a simply unparalleled venue for its architectural beauty, its heart, and its verdant grounds. So naturally I arrived way early on wedding day to make sure I wouldn’t miss a single beauty spot! What a gift the blue sky and sun gave, for the outdoor ceremony on the Vineyard Lawn was simply picturesque. I cannot get over how stunning the stonewall arch looked beautified with florals. The layout of Redeemed farm truly provided a perfect space for each part of the day.
Beginning in the Bridal Suite
I began the day with Hannah in the French-inspired bridal suite, and I could simply write paragraphs about how perfectly her details came together. To start, the custom invitations by Pike Street Press were impeccable. They featured perfectly coordinated envelope colors and were designed with the stonewall arch and Stable buildings of Redeemed Farm. Hannah’s heirloom “something blue” ring tied the jewel tones of the florals together. Of course I cannot neglect to mention the stunning La Perle dress & Bella Belle shoes! I loved working with the combination of cremes and deep colors.
The Stable at Redeemed Farm
Hannah & Jacob’s first look too place on the north side of the Stable– the iconic white gabled centerpiece of any Redeemed Farm Wedding (also the centerpiece design element of the wedding invitation! I just LOVE that custom touch!) In this first moment of Hannah & Jacob’s time together on their wedding day, I witnessed the unvarnished honesty and earnestness of these two. They came together to truly support one another in all their humanity. I truly love the intimate sharing of vows. There is nothing that can compare.
Hannah & Jacob,
Thank you, thank you, thank you. I am so incredibly blessed that you chose to have me alongside you. I hope that my work enhances and augments the hard work of all your amazing vendors. My hope is that these images bring you sweet memories of the ones you love celebrating the new Mr. & Mrs. Hutter! You two totally rocked your wedding day, and I bless you with decades of steadfast and joyful years to come.
Sincerely,
Jennifer
