Listening to the music of Grace & Samuel’s Cities Church Wedding was truly a metaphor for the harmony of their relationship. Filling the pews, guests sang together along with a quintet, the notes drifting to the high elegant beams of the vaulted ceiling. I truly loved joining in the song, and how precious it was to see the church filled to the brim!

Grace’s vision for her day included the most delicious shade of dusty pink – the perfect compliment to a pastel bouquet! Her colors brought a fresh brightness to light suits of the groomsmen. I cannot believe that Grace crafted her bouquet herself! I truly enjoyed photographing her details, including her exquisite engagement ring (well done, Samuel!)

A Romance for the Movies

Grace & Samuel’s story is honestly one that could be turned into an amazing movie script! As childhood acquaintances through their fathers, their future seemed no more promised than any childhood friend might be. Add to that the distance added when Samuel’s family moved to another state, and the chances seemed even slimmer. But as adults, they reconnected through a Linked In post noticed by Samuel – and he called Grace to ask if he could fly in for a date! Being the courageous beauty that she is, Grace gave him his chance, and the rest is an unfolding of such a well-made match.
