What a joy to share this spring Hutton House wedding! Caroline and Bryce’s day was a classic beauty of creams, whites, and cheery yellows paired with dusty blues and navy. Everyone rejoiced to see these high school sweethearts finally united in marriage!
A Joyful Family Celebration
In the wedding’s event design and florals, Haute House Studio brought together an elegant vision paired with the couple’s love for their family and beloved dog Bear into the mix. Bear’s cigar bar awaited guests outside at the reception, and his winsome nature delighted guests at the bar with a darling mini statue sign. The Fireside room of the Hutton House served as the indoor cocktail bar area, with the mantel filled with framed wedding photos of Caroline & Bryce’s family members.
One of my favorite moments of the day was when Bryce showed his grandfather that his wedding portrait was on the mantle. Multiple eyes got misty with remembrance and honor. Caroline & Bryce had a darling niece and nephew walk down the aisle, and I loved seeing how these two genuinely desired to be close their family throughout the day, making sure we had pictures of every family unit, and truly delighting in the childhood joy of these little ones.
It was truly a day of genuine celebration and great joy!
Yellow, the stunning star of the day
Caroline chose the dreamiest shade of buttery yellow to incorporate into her invitations as well as for her bridesmaids dresses. The styles from Show Me Your Mumu and Billy J were a perfect variety of pattern and texture, and the creamy florals which had hints of yellow and golden orange perfectly showcased the cheeriness of the vision. Caroline wore the Hummingbird dress from Robert Bullock Bride’s 2025 line, paired with a cathedral length tulle veil. I loved the gentle pastel yellows framing her in this silhouette!
Bryce and his groomsmen wore dark navy tuxedos paired with the buttery yellow color for their ties. Caroline used her mother’s intricate bouquet ribbon for her own, and the ivory satin tones perfectly balanced her look. I cannot get over how stunning these ladies look in the Hutton House courtyard! The radiance of the bridesmaids was so evident throughout the day – the anticipation of the coming wedding day had bloomed into delicious joy. Caroline and Bryce were finally Mr. & Mrs. Benhart!
In addition to the attire, the event design of the Lakeside room held a clean elegance elevating the creamy yellows of the florals with simple accents of navy blue in signage. The custom monogram crest projected onto the wall, with the golden accents of the table coordinating with the golden chandeliers of the Hutton House. The head table extended across the glass doors to the courtyard. Such a simple, elegant, and clean look.
Letter to the Couple
Caroline & Bryce,
The more I’ve come to know you both the more I am impressed by how down to earth you both are, and yet so filled with a lightness and ability to truly enjoy the simple things in life. You are truly radiant together. From the obstacles of long distance to the many offers you’ve had professionally, you’ve chosen each other time and again. I am such fans, and felt so loved by your family throughout the day. I can tell that you are so treasured and so cherished. May the Lord bless your marriage, strengthening you through every trial, and drawing you ever closer. Cheers to you, newlyweds!
With love,
Jennifer
