Ridgetop Wisconsin Wedding

I almost needed a box of tissues for this Ridgetop Wisconsin wedding, because Nhung and Nick are the absolute sweetest! When I share with my friends about photographing this wedding, I always mention their amazingly expressive hearts. Being barely able to hold it together during first look and vows is the epitome of romance!

My Favorite Moment

Nick, I hope you can feel the smile on my face as I say that you were one of the most fun grooms to photograph! Your joy radiates. My favorite moment of the whole wedding day was seeing you come unglued as Nhung spoke her vows to you. I saw the beauty of your family as they happy cried with you! The number of guests who had tissues and tears edging the corner of their eyes reflected the passion you have for your beloved wife. Witnessing your vows, the room felt that you meant every word. Hearing your love story again, through the trials of long-distance and the years of Nhung’s residency, made me so grateful that you are finally Mr. & Mrs!

Nhung & Nick began their wedding day with a Vietnamese Tea Ceremony and continued the celebration the American way at Ridgetop! As this day went along, I felt as surrounded by princesses with this dreamy pastel palette! Nhung’s taste in florals definitely overlaps with mine. (Those peonies though!) I loved how Nhung & Nick chose to honor the Best Man and Maid of Honor with blue color. Nhung & Nick’s zest for adventure together and willingness to embrace the raindrops made it feel like the sun shone.
