Ever since Fiona & Mark’s engagement session, I’ve been so excited to return to Steeplechase Event Center for their October wedding! Fiona is the kind of person you can’t see anyone disagreeing with – she is as sweet as the delicious cupcakes on their dessert table! I can quote a guest saying that Mark “is like no one else I know.” One of such interesting fusion of tastes and humor that you can’t help being fascinated by.

The Best Kind of Party

My favorite part of this wedding day has to be the epic lawn games. For certain venues, lawn games are the perfect activity to offer guests during my photo time with the bride and groom (what I term, “Husband and Wife photos!”) I have to say that Fiona & Mark’s family and friends blew away the statistics in terms of engagement level. Way more people were hanging out playing games than not!

Steeplechase Event Center Wedding Charm

In addition to good old fashioned fun and conversation, Fiona & Mark’s day was marked by the gift of many talented friends and family. Folks, Fiona’s mother literally wove the runner for their sweetheart table! She also painted the watercolors of the table numbers – so gorgeous. From floral arrangements by the hands of the bridesmaids to the sweet gifts Fiona gave her ladies, it was truly so heartwarming and good for the soul.
